Ahh!! I’m not gone!!

Just been really busy with schoolwork since this is my last year in college and everything has suddenly picked up! I’ll be back soon! May 17th! I’ll post up a new tea for everyone!

Thank you everyone who has stuck with me while I disappeared on a hiatus! I will be back! I promise you!

Happy New year! I start off with… Mystery tea!! Not really. It’s called Queen Mary and cones from Linde Lane Tea Room. I believe I was told it was an oolong tea. I mostly picked it up for the cheap price but that was cause I was on a budget and my mom had already put me on tea probation. It tasted like an oolong but I was getting distracted by the ship at the bottom of my cup to fully pay attention. And tried playing Risk. Oolong tea is a delicious Asian tea and it’s not so dark and heavy as a black tea but doesn’t have as light of a flavor as green or white teas can have. I don’t know too much about the Queen Mary blend since it smells and tastes very much like a standard oolong with no extra flavorings. This would be a great tea for any day purposes. Ta da!! Mysterious Asian black tea in Washington DC Chinatown area!! I like it. There’s dumplings and a delicious BBQ meat platter. Okay. More eating. My family’s taking all the good food. No!! Save me some!! ~Tea me OwO

Before I forget later. Been busy but my first time costuming a production is playing now and after my brother and I went to Tout Sweet at Macy’s!! I found their tea and macaroons. I chose three, one peppermint, a chocolate, and passion fruit flavor to go with Le Palais Des Thés, Thé du Hammam. It’s a nice fruity green tea. Paired pretty well. Tea me~ ^-^ P.S. - Part of their logo says C: 12 H: 22 O: 11 You get it?? *total nerd*

Uh… Can I uh… Please not be sick on my birthday tomorrow? I mean. That’s cool and all but we already did this for my sixteenth… And on that day we found out I had developed borderline walking pneumonia. I don’t need a repeat seven years later… Although now that I think about it some disastrous thing has to happen… My boyfriend almost got shanked last year. Year before that was my 21st and I couldn’t do anything cause the next day I had school at eight in the morning… Uh… Yeah. Sick is not fun. So I have tea. I have my Elderflower and Chamomile tea with a dash of honey. It makes me happy and I can steep and steep as many cups as I want. Or until I fall back asleep. Or get up to go work on my costumes.  The elderflower gives the tea a little tartness but it’s good. I’m happy with my honey, real honey. Not my honey granules. Stuff doesn’t work when you have a sore throat. Tea Me~ ^-^ P.S. - My mom banned me from getting more tea. It’s not cause I have over 50 kinds of tea… Noo… It’s not cause of that at all… »”

Golden Honeydew Rooibos Tea

So… This is half blog, half tea post.

I flipped out today on the muslin scraps at school. ;w; Prior to flipping and ripping the muslin, I felt like a pretty pretty princess. Literally. I wore cute clothes that made me feel so happy! But yeah. Overall, good day until I saw the leader to my group project FINALLY GET ONLINE after five days of knowing we had a group project and she basically contributed nothing to the discussion for the project idea that’s supposed to be hers. Okay. So I get to ripping and stuff got done for my Costume Production class in the midst of my ripping. Okay cool. Got stuff done.

I get home and make myself tea while talking to my boyfriend and brother. This time it’s Golden Honeydew from Lupicia. OMG. It’s amazing. Needs no sugar. The honeydew is fragrant and beautiful~ I’d add nothing to it because of the natural sweetness. I’ll be sure to post up some pictures when the morning comes. I’m super tired and I’m still working on chatting with my group members that decide to get on last minute who are probably in South Korea. ><

This is essentially strawberry milk tea. The tea is Strawberry Black Tea from Lupicia combined with sweetened condensed milk. It doesn&#8217;t add a whole lot of sweetness but it&#8217;s a nice milky tea without adding real milk. Not sure if I did a report on the strawberry tea but if I didn&#8217;t I will. Tea me~ ^-^
